Structure
Frame: Tubular carbon steel construction
Chassis: 60 x 40 x 2.0 mm tubular structure (≈2″ x 2″ x 0.08″) with 6.35 mm thick plates (1/4″).
Metal Structure Surface Finish: anti-rust chemical treatment and electrostatic powder coating finish. 1,500-hour salt spray test performed by an INMETRO-accredited laboratory.
Bed
Mattress Platform: Constructed from a 40 × 20 × 2.0 mm tubular steel frame reinforced with 1/4″ steel plates. The articulated platform consists of two sections, each built with a 30 × 20 × 1.2 mm tubular steel frame reinforced with 3/16″ steel plates.
Mattress Platform: Two-section articulated thermoplastic platform.
Siderails
Retractable side rails with a safety locking system.
