Structure

Structure: Tubular frame with carbon steel plates.
Chassis: 50 x 30 x 2.0 mm tubular structure (≈2″ x 1″ x 0.08″) with 6.35 mm thick plates (1/4″).
Metal Structure Surface Finish: anti-rust chemical treatment and electrostatic powder coating finish. 1,500-hour salt spray test performed by an INMETRO-accredited laboratory.

Bed Platform: composed of a 50 x 30 x 2.0 mm tubular structure (≈2″ x 1″ x 0.08″) with 9.5 mm thick plates (3/8″). The metal structure of the bed platform consists of four articulated sections made with a 30 x 20 x 1.2 mm tubular structure (≈1″ x 1″ x 0.05″) with 4.8 mm thick plates (3/16″).
Bed Platform: articulated thermoplastic platform in 4 sections.

Enclosed-model retractable lateral siderails with safety lock.
